Cornice Installaion and Finishing touches on Plastering In Bathroom

We have almost finished a renovation on our bathroom, except have no skills when it comes to installing a cornice. We need a cornice installed into our bathroom on a mix of tiled and plaster surfacing.
We also didn't do a fantastic job of the plastering, so would like it fixed if possible ready for painting in both the bathroom and also hallway (depending on cost)
