Dining room needs replastering walls and ceiling

We need the dining room of our 90 year old Federation double brick house replastered. The ceiling has been peeling even after many attempts at painting. The solid brick walls are also peeling, both the plaster and render (?). We would need to consult about how best the renovation could be done. There are 2 large arches in the walls, as well as one door.
