This is an outdoor room(Under the same roof of the house but one side is open to the out door, one side is a sliding door into the house). Size 3 x 4 m. (small size bedroom)
Issue: Small part of the ceiling has come off and it shows signs whole ceiling is to come off eventually.
Job: Replace the current ceiling, paint it (with approximate color match) and remove all rubbish of the job.
