The front-inside of my garage ceiling is sinking. It is now at the point where extreme force is required to open and close the garage roller door.
I attempted to make an insurance claim due to water damage however the assessor advised that this is not the problem and more likely bad workmanship.
With this in mind, I believe I will need someone to remove my garage door, fix the gyprock sinking issue and refit the garage door. I can provide photos on request.
