Garage and Kitchen/Lounge require ceiling to be fixed

Hi,
We have recently noticed that the ceilings in the garage and the kitchen/lounge are wavy (not flat and smooth) and believe they need to be rescrewed. Garage ceiling looks a little bit worse and may need replacing.
Kitchen is roughly 5 x 8 sqm and
Garage is roughly 6 x 6 sqm
Just wondering what we should expect budget-wise and how much work would be involved (days/weeks?) to get a professional plasterer in to fix it for us.
Unfortunately I believe we have insulation in the roof (recently purchased), which may complicate it all.
Would appreciate any help and information, and preferrably contact numbers for reliable plasterers in the Gold Coast area.
