We need it redone/repaired. We also have some cornicing that needs to be repaired or tidied up. In the main bedroom, the roof appears to be sagging a little as we can see where the screw holes are and where the sheets join. We are hoping to have these fixed before our painter begins so we are looking to have them done in the next 2 weeks.
