Patching of a picture rail gap in other areas. And possibly the remainder of a room that is covered in fake timber paneling, approx 15-20m2 in total. Depending on your recommendation. The existing cornice is old fashioned and in good condition, I'll just get you to plaster up to it and blend it in to the new plaster. Ready to go, easy access, cash of course.
