Remove old (1920’s) plaster from walls and ceiling.
Remove one old corner chimney (from ceiling down only, bricks to be carried to and stacked at rear of property)
Install wall insulation.
Install new plaster.
Install skirting boards and cornices.
Ensure powerpoints and lighting fixtures are fitted back properly again.
