Room to be built with partition material, glass & door. 2 walls exist already, so basically only need two walls built. however we have high ceilings and no false roof. also, the split system air-con will need moving from it's current position as it's on the wall where the room will be. so - 2x walls full height demountable partition room size 2830 x 3850 with 1x panel door. solid sections vinyl or other cladding, aluminum frames with alloy skirting glass to be clear float 6m safety. panel type solid to 1050 with glass above to ceiling excluding 1x 900 section to be full height solid (no glass). of course we open to suggestions for a cheaper alternative.
