Patching and painting holes left by 2 oyster lights in an old plaster ceiling. We don't want to repaint the whole ceiling, but only to patch/ plaster and paint the holes themselves. The ceiling has ornate cornices and features, but the holes are on the flat part of the ceiling away from the features.
