Middle section has skillion roof ranging from 2.6 to 3m ceilings requires square set and new extension to rear is flat ceiling 2.7m requires square set. Require all ceilings to be hanged, stopped up and sanded then cornice and square set added. Materials will be provided, mainly require labour.
