I have just put 3 openings in my house and need them plastered.
The job requires one beam, 3.5m long and 300mm down from cornice boxed in on both sides.
One beam 2.5m long and 300mm down from the cornice.
One beam 1.2m long and 300mm down from cornice.
One wall approx 4.5m x 2.4m minus the opening.
One wall 4.0m x 2.4m minus the opening.
Patching of a picture rail gap in other areas.
And possibly the remainder of a room that is covered in fake timber paneling, approx 15-20m2 in total. Depending on your recommendation.
The existing cornice is old fashioned and in good condition, I'll just get you to plaster up to it and blend it in to the new plaster.
