Plaster work required on unit in Sandringham.
-Need new cornice put in lounge room right the way around
-Need plaster wall in lounge patched and prepped ready for painting
-Advice on squaring up wall in small laundry (15mm out at the moment and want to renovate it). Then do the work if ok.
-Advice on levelling off small laundry roof as has has dropped on one side a couple of cm's. Then do the work if ok. Want to also put LED light in where normal light is now so need to patch hole first.
