Plastering- ceiling and cornice cracking and slight dropping

Above the dining room and theatre room door on both sides a 15cm section of cornice seems to be pulling away from the ceiling, the ceiling also has a slight bulge with a hairline crack. There are another two but not as bad. I'm not sure what is causing it as the house is only 20 mths old.
