Plastering : half a room of a 50s weatherboard

We have a 50's weatherboard which has had a very poor quality extension, in the kitchen/ dining area where 3 walls are made of pieces of particle( ?) MDF (?) board . It been badly patched together.We need the walls to match the rest of the wall in the room.The kitchen pantry and the wall heater will need to be removed for plastering and returned back into position afterwards.
