1. Fit bulkhead on top of cupboards to conceal range hood flue. Add cornices. Dimensions 1600mmW x 350D x 330H
2. plaster over gap (110mmW) created by arch removal. ~1270 along the ceiling, + full Height of wall (~2410) and 430mm down another wall. + join cornices on each wall (none on ceiling)
3. Repair damaged wall where a tradesperson ripped some plaster when removing architrave. ~80mm W x 1650H.
