Our double brick house was built in 1920. The rooms have fancy plaster ceilings, and plastered walls. Over the last few dry years the walls in some rooms have cracked, and the plaster is falling off. In one room there is severe cracking on three of the four walls. We would like these cracks to be repaired and plastered. The ceiling does not need plastering. There is minor cracking in other rooms that also need attention.
