I have a bedroom ceiling damaged by a water leak in two places.
Job requires:
-Install new insulation in around 6sqm of ceiling cavity (where insulation has been removed)
-Replace ceiling plaster in two areas (approx 1.5m X 2m and 0.5m X 0.5m) of ceiling (damaged plaster is already removed) and ensure smooth and even finish.
-Paint entire ceiling (room is 4.5m x 3m) to match existing colour
-Clean-up and remove all waste
The house is empty and there is no furniture in the room.
