Plastering two ceilings in bedrooms, sqaure set.

Two bedroom ceilings in a double fronted victorian. no cornices to be taken down or put up. after a square set finish. there are ceiling roses to come down, which i dont think can be re-used so i would like two new ones put up which i will supply.
rooms are 3.6 x 3.6 and 3.6 x 3.4
they are square rooms with no chimneys. maybe 10 foot ceilings (?)
looking for it to be done week beginning 5th october. thankyou.
