1 recurring corner ceiling crack (approx. 1200mm long) diagonally through sheet with affected sheet separating from 2 neighbouring sheets (3 cracks in total 1 major 2 minor) Ceiling joists need to be braced to stop movement and crack reappearing. Has been quoted once before but plasterer only wanted to patch the job instead of fixing the cause of the cracking job to be finished to painting stage. Urgent attention. No cheap and nasty patch jobs. I'm willing to pay the money for a sound solution.
