Remove existing sheet plaster from brick wall as adhesive has failed and plaster has bowed out from the wall. Replace with new plaster. Wall is straight approx 7- 8m long by 2.4m high. Plaster was installed when unit was built in about 1998/99. Will involve replacement of standard cove cornice and removal and replacement of skirting board as well.
