I have a partition wall between a hallway and a open plan kitchen/living area that is making a space feel smaller than it could be. Would like assistance from builder/plasterer to remove the wall segment (plaster and 2/4 supports), patch/paint the holes/gap. I am happy to paint when complete. This is non load bearing and isn't requiring structural approval to complete.
The Wall height is 3.5M from ground to roof and 1.3m Wide by approx 10cm thick.
There is an electrical plug, a Phone port and an intercom in this portion of the wall but removed and plugged up/pushed through an appropriate hole in remaining wall segment after removal, I can get this reinstalled professionally.
