My old house in northcote has been underpinned, some of the walls and cornices are are badly cracked and need to be repaired. others my just need filling and patching. the walls appear to be concreted, smoothed then painted, not plasterboarded. ceilings are fourteen feet high. handyman skills may be helpful. good rear access.
