Small area of ceiling has been removed because it was failing - approx 1 sq m. area.It will need replacing. There are other cracks in the ceiling that will also need filling. Prefer hard plasterer to do job but might be easier & more cost effective to replace whole ceiling with plaster board. No cornices. Existing lathe plaster is very thick. Inspection and quotes welcome.
