We have a Victorian house which needs a few jobs done:
1. a cornice needs to be replaced along one wall in a bedroom (approx 4m),
2. a section of wall about 2 metres wide needs replacing where a skirting board was removed for restumping and levelling,
3. a number of cracks caused by levelling the house need to be repaired prior to painting.
I would hope to get the work done in October.
