Replaster my room/house

Hi there,
I have a 60's house where the plaster in every room is in really poor condition (holes, cracks, dents etc). The ceiling is also in poor condition. The only thing that is fine is the crazy cornicing.
We want to rip off the old plaster, put in wall insulation to the external walls and replaster and replace the cornicing (happy to change it if replacing is not an option). The room is 4m x 3.5m and is a bedroom so considering acoustic plaster or two laminated 10mm back to back. We will no doubt need to do this to the whole house but at this stage can only afford to do one room at a time I think. Can you please give me a quote? ( I am happy to remove the old plaster myself to reduce the cost if needed.
