Plastering: plaster in hall and kitchen got damaged from roof leak, we've taken unsound plaster off, back to the lower layers/bricks and allowed to dry, now needs redoing, area in hall is about 3m x 2m, in kitchen about 1.5m x 1m.
Also have tiles in 2 Federation fireplaces to be relaid - some of the tiles are broken but we're hoping to salvage them (don't mind them being broken as long as they are solidly laid again) although can replace if truly non-salvagable!
