We have 90 year old single storey terrace in newtown sydney.
- strip 2 x bedrooms and hall way back to brick walls (wall falling away as it is);
- strip skirding board, architraves and ceiling;
- replaster walls once electrician has added wiring for new powerpoints etc
- add new plasterwork for neiling, centre ross, skirdings and architraves.
- replaced plaster gargoyls in hall.
terrace was/is federation style. previous owner of 30 years stripped federation features in most places. we are attempting to restore them, in addition, to fixing walls and ceiling which are on last legs.
cost is very important, as is the ability to start and finish the job in as shorter time as possible.
we have a 5 mth old baby - who will move out during the work phase. i want this to be as minimal time as possible.
fixed quote and time frame is mandatory, as is respect for our home and neighbours.
