After a lot of rain on weekend dampness has come through around the edges of the ceiling. it appears to be a gutter issue. would also like iron roof checked, though from taking a look the roof looks to be in ok condition.
the guttering that needs to be replaced is at the back and side of the house. there are no issues i can see with the front rooms.
probably around 15- 20 metres of gutter to be replaced.
