20 Townhouses requiring water meter work to enable individual metering

I live in a complex of 20 townhouses, and we all have individual but uncertified water meters installed (pre-Jan 08). It has been approved at a body corporate meeting to make arrangements for individual metering for owners.
We would like to arrange a plumber to:
1) Inspect our water meters and provide a written quote detailing any work required to ensure that all of our water meters are compliant with the Qld Urban Utilities and/or BCC requirements for individual water meters (if you charge a fee to provide quotes, please contact me as this may be considered by our body corporate);
2) Then (upon approval of the quote) to undertake that work as soon as possible.
Please note the budget is negotiable depending on the amount of work required.
