Downstairs toilet will flush but the water is continuously running. You can hear it filling up and see it constantly running into the bowl. Water has also been slowly leaking from tap at back.
Upstairs toilet is very hard to flush. Sometimes you can only get the full flush going, other times it won't flush at all.
