My ensuite has a shower on one side & a hand basin on the other. i would like to move the hand basin to the middle and install a toilet where the handbasin is. my house is on stumps so the plumbing should be relatively easy. i am currently budgeting but will be wanting to complete the job within a few months.the dimensions of the ensuite are 1660(1350 not including the shower) x 840mm. I would also consider replacing the shower at the same time.
