1. Fix washers/replace taps on 5 sets of taps (2x shower, 2x bathroom sink, 1xbath)
2. Fix float on 1 toilet (not sealing correctly)
3. Install Bidet unit on Toilet (already purchased) - needs T-Connector and pipe to be attached.
4. Assess existing hot water system (Electric - I suspect it contains rust and needs replacement). Quote to replace with Gas hot water system.
