Exisisting bathroom has been stripped and new Caroma Opel 2 toilet purchased. Installation is required on opposite side of bathroom where previous shower was located. New drainage required also to accomodate new shower waste. Existing drainage should be adequate for new vanity which will require new copper to accomodate 2 mixer taps. Plumbing is also required for new shower and vanity mixer taps. Dwelling is single story cottage on concrete slab with easy access.
