The house is a rental 8 years old, brick. There is black mould in the bathroom ceiling next to outside wall, toilet backs onto bathroom has dampness and fluffy white stuff comming off lower wall which backs onto bathroom, tiles are comming off and plaster is cracking. I am insured with Gio and they would like a quote so that the work can begin before it gets too bad. If the quote is reasonable they will go with who you recommend.
