Main bathroom - Disconnect toilet etc. Change bath, shower and basin taps from 3 pce to wall mixers, install 2nd set of basin mixer, new shower head. Install bath. Install new wall-faced toilet.
Ensuite - Disconnect toilet etc. Move toilet plumbing along a wall approx 1 metre and install new wall-faced toilet. Plumbing for 2 sets of basin mixers (new plumbing). Change tapware to mixer in shower and replace showerhead. Move existing drain in shower to a grate.
