I am purchasing a home that needs a bathroom reno. The bathroom currently has some old asbestos sheeting that will be removed (just for your info so if you know anyone that can help with that please let me know) I need new bath, vanity, shower, tapware and toilet installed. Also considering creating ensuite so more work is probably there depending on budget.
