Bathroom tiles (around shower over bath, and on floor) are leaking, so need them removed, membrane fitted and re-tiling done. As an option, we are also interested in replacing bath, tap fittings and vanity, and installing new toilet. The bathroom measures 2.5m x 1.8m approx, and the separate toilet is 1.5m x .75m.
