Our place is a 3 level townhouse. here's the jobs we'd like done:
1. clearing downpipe - during heavy rain the water seems to overflow at the head. this is approximately 20ft from the ground and would require an extension ladder.
2. during heavy rain, water is getting into the roof space and leaking inside. to me it looks like there isn't a sufficient barrier between the gutter and the roof. the roof is flat and is easily accessible via the deck on the top level.
3. when the rain is light the dripping sound on the top level is very loud as the drips seem to drop about 15ft.
