Blocked Drain in Kitchen Sink

We seem to have a blocked drain in the kitchen sink piping as when the water goes down it bubbles and it doesn't go down fast. It means then some of the water leaks from underneath the sink too.
Outside the kitchen window there's a small round drain where the sink is connected to and I noticed water and small pieces of food on the concrete that would of come out of that drain.
We're located in Rowville and would like the issue fixed Sunday or Monday if possible.
