The house seats on studs., the clearance is about 1200 mm. Cold water pipe runs just under the kitchen cabinets (where dishwasher is). Alternately the water supply can be garbed from the outside wall of the kitchen (the water pipe runs on the wall to the water heater). Everything is straightforward.
