We keep getting a spanner coming up. My husband gets up in the roof to reset it. It works for a while then comes back on again. We have had issues with this stupid ducted heating since we installed it 6 years ago. Last year we had someone who came out when the spanner came up and cleaned the sensors, tested gas pressure which was ok and recommended the regulator be replaced which we got done. He also quoted on supply & install new HSi & sensor whatever they are. So maybe this is what needs replacing but dont want to go with him again as he charged us too much for what he initially came out to do. We also have a dripping tap in the kitchen and need the washer/s replaced but its not your ordinary washers on these taps. My husband cant even figure out how to undo the taps. Thanks, Lucy
