Got a toilet with a dual flush mechanism. The cistern for the toilet is concealed behind a wall (there is access to the cistern, albeit somewhat limited). The toilet won't flush and there is water currently running into a bowl. I called a 24hr plumber on the weekend to fix the unit and they said that the likely cause was that the rubber washer that controls the flush was split (he showed me the split washer) and needed to be replaced. He did not have a replacement washer. Whilst not 100% sure, I believe the toilet is made by GWA (which I understand may be connected with Caroma). The word "GWAIL" is written on part of the cistern unit. I need someone who can replace the washer and fix the toilet - someone that has worked with concealed cisterns before. Need someone that can do this first thing in the morning (i.e. 7:30 / 8am) any day this week.
