my heater needs a new striker mechanism, the one in it is totally worn down but we dont have any idea what model number the heater is as we cant find any details, I bought it from Aqua-Steel Naracoorte 3 yrs ago, it was old floor stock, paid bit over 1000$ for it at the time. I didnt get any paper work with it. The shop owner is VERY vague with after sales service so I dont feel I can go back to ask for assistance. I can get a plumber to install the striker, I just need to know where to buy it & how do I know what model the heater is to get the right one.... thanks very much for your help.
