The room is 195x240cm and already has cold water supply and a 50mm waste pipe.
The job is to install the following:
100mm waste pipe to ground level (There is a 100mm waste pipe directly below on ground floor)
Install 125L Electric water heater in bathroom
Install shower base
Install toilet
Install vanity
All items will be provided on site.
You will also need to remove some old 50mm waste pipes.
I'm free from 4-7 most week days and all day saturday if you'd like to take a look.

I've attached a plan and image of the room. The room image shows the pipe work that will need to be removed on the right hand side. The room is completely clear of debris. A plasterer will be onsite once the plumbing is in.
