Unit 24 years old (bought in 1989) and installed under kitchen sink. Pilot light will not light. Prior to this, the water didn't get very hot despite the dial being turned up to maximum. I have followed the manual and adjusting the dials makes no difference. Considering replacement due to age of the unit.
