Change toilet to quiet flush version

We have a toilet next to a bedroom which has a very loud flush and fill. We want to replace it with a very quiet version. Does not matter if it takes longer to fill as long as it is QUIET. Would prefer to just replace the internal mechanism as the bowl is in good condition.
Parts need to be sourced by plumber as we have no idea what to get.
