The floor in a corner of our living room feels and looks wet. Possibly the water comes from within the wall which is attached to neighbor's unit.

We called OShea Plumbing for investigating a leak in the wall. We were charged $980, investigation only, 2 hours work. That's ~$450 for a water pressure test and ~$530 for cutting the wall. Didn't want to go ahead with them repairing it as their quote was waaay too high. I rated them down only because of the unreasonable rates they charge. Otherwise, they are professional and pay attention to details.
