i had rainwater tank installed 4 yrs ago but realized it's not working properly in getting the water back to flush the toilet... also currently having some landscaping job done, and realized some pipes were not connected/damaged and also quering which is stormwater n which is rainwater pipes. the old plumber simply fix it when the house was build and some of the pipes has the wrong gradient and water are not flowing.
