Templestowe heights pre-school is wanting to install a water tank to water a drip system and supply 1 or 2 taps. job would required someone to do complete installation from start to finish - including organising level of slab and electrical connection for pump. looking at a slimline 3000 litre water tank. being a concil building all concil guideline need to be followed.
p.s. i'm one of the dad's who'e child goes to the kindergarten that lives opposite.
